Dodgers Prospects: July 28, 2022 Wrap Up; Diego Cartaya, Bobby Miller, Dustin May

OKC Dodgers

OKC lost 12-7.

The big news at OKC was the dominant outing by rehabbing pitcher, Dustin May. It was a huge improvement from his first start as he had much better command. May could be a big part of the Dodgers for the rest of the season.

On offense, Ryan Noda continues to show that he is worthy of notice. He hit his 15th home run with 3 RBI. Michael Busch hit his 12th home run along with 2 singles and 2 RBI.

The Loons won 7-2, as top prospect, Diego Cartaya hit 2 home runs and drove in 4 runs. Shortstop Eddys Leonard hit a single and his 26th double of the season. Righty Braydon Fisher continues to show that he is healthy with 2 innings on the mound, 1 hit, 1 walk and 3 strikeouts.

The Quakes won, 3-2. Rising prospect RHP Edgardo Henriquez, continues to build himself back up after an injury. Tonight, he went 2.2 innings, giving up 2 hits, 0 runs, 1 walk and 2 strikes. We spoke with him after his first start at the beginning of the season. He is starting to open some eyes. The Quakes only got 3 singles with Hector Martinez getting the lone RBI.
