Jacob Cantleberry Promoted To Loons, Jake Vogel To Injured List

The Dodgers made a couple of moves regarding the Low-A Rancho Cucamonga Quakes. From the Quakes game notes:

The Quakes made multiple roster moves, as OF Jake Vogel goes on the Injured List and LHP Jacob Cantleberry has been promoted to Great Lakes of the High-A Central League. Taking their respective spots on the Rancho roster are RHP Daniel Cruz, who’s been activated from the IL and OF Imanol Vargas, who joins the Quakes from Extended Spring Training in Arizona.

Jacob Cantleberry has been dominant this season so far.

RHP Cameron Gibbens was quickly promoted from Rancho to Great Lakes after a hot start, and LHP Jacob Cantleberry could be following soon.

After another 2.1 scoreless innings last night, the Dodgers’ 2019 13th rounder has a 1.98 ERA through 13.2 IP with 27/5 K/BB for Rancho.
