OKC Dodgers
The OKC Dodgers won 8-4. Pitcher Michael Grove only threw 3.2 innings, but had one of his better starts. He gave up just 2 hits, no runs or walks and K’d 4. Jason Martin hit 2 homers that brings his total to 21 on the season. Top prospect, Michael Busch hit his 11th for OKC and 22nd overall. He also had a double. Hot prospect, Miguel Vargas started at third base and had a double and his 10th stolen base. With Justin Turner possible going on the injured list, what does than mean for Vargas?
That's some man strength right there by Michael Busch. 🦾

Tulsa Drillers
The Trillers brought the offense as they win 10-4. Ryan Ward had 2 homers to get him to 24 on the season. He is know longer and unknown prospect.

Catcher Ryan January had 3 hits including his first homer with the Drillers. Top prospect, Andy Pages had a double and a home run, his 16th. Pages is starting to really put up some big power numbers. Leonel Valera, recently promoted from High-A, had his 3rd home run with a single and 3 RBI. Valera is hitting .304 with the Drillers.

Brandon Lewis had his 12th homer and Devin Mann had 2 hits. Watch out for Kody Hoese as he know has his batting average up to .274 after 3 hits today. He’s had a tough 2021 with some injuries and now he is rebounding.
On the mound Alec Gamboa was credited with the win and is 9-0. More importantly, he threw 3 innings, gave up 1 hit and struck out 3.
Great Lakes Loons
The Loons lost a close one, 3-2. An excellent outing from starting pitcher, Nick Nastrini was wasted as he went 6 innings, gave up 3 hits, 2 earned runs, walked run and had 5 Ks. Braydon Fisher continues to impress in the bullpen with 2 innings and 2 Ks. The offense only produced 5 hits but 3 were doubles from Jose Ramos, Edwin Mateo and Imanol Vargas.
Rancho Cucamonga Quakes
The Quakes lost 4-2. River Ryan was the starting pitcher for the Quakes. If you recall, he was the player acquired for Matt Beaty. Ryan threw only 3 innings but had 7 strikeouts. He was victimized by some defensive issues so the start was cut short.
ACL Dodgers
The ACL Dodgers lost 8-6. CF Buddy Reed, a former major league player, led the team with 3 hits, including a double and 2 RBI. Prospect Jesus Galiz, who played DH but is normally a catcher, had 2 hits, that also included a double and an RBI.
DSL Mega and Bautista
The teams played each other with Mega winning a real slugfest, 3-0. The teams had a total of 6 hits and 1 RBI between them. All the runs scored were unearned. CF Josue De Paula was the only player with 2 hits while SS Mairoshendrick Martinus had the only extra base hit, a double.
Pitching obviously dominated this game. Guillermo Arvizu went 3 innings, gave up 4 hits, struck out 4 and allowed nothing else. Jose Rodriguez went 2 innings, walked 1 and struck out 3. Ricardo Montero went 3 innings, gave up 3 unearned runs, 1 hit, 0 walks and 3 Ks.
